Lunch Time Supervisor Basic First Aid (Schools) - Unaccredited

Who is it for?

This course was designed for schools and to be an addition to your current First Aiders on site. It is unaccredited and does not count towards your minimum requirements on your risk assessments. However this training is perfect for all other staff, to bring their knowledge of your schools policies and to administer living saving First Aid if needed. 

Duration: 2.5 Hours 

What you will learn?

• Understanding the role of the First Aider, including use of available equipment and the need for recording incidents and actions.
• Assessing the situation and circumstances in order to act safely, promptly and effectively in an emergency.
• Administer first aid to a casualty who is unconscious
• Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• Administer first aid to a casualty who is choking.
• Provide appropriate first aid for minor injuries.
